We’re seeking a Part 1 Architect to join our team. You’ll help us with a range of schemes across all RIBA stages, with exposure to all stages of the design and construction process, as well as the development of the wider business. About us

Studio Manifest is a London-based practice specialising in design, architecture, and construction. Our mission is to transform access to energy-efficient architecture, with sustainability built into everything we do. As well as always prioritising natural, local, and low-energy materials, we work to Passivhaus standards and are constantly innovating through our own research and ongoing collaborations with the University of Suffolk.

The role

We are looking for a talented Part 1 Architect with an interest in housing, and a high-quality graduate portfolio, to help us develop and manage a growing range of exciting projects. The role will involve working on a range of schemes across all RIBA stages and will involve exposure to all stages of the design and construction process, as well as the development of the wider business. The core tasks will include:

  • Survey and prepare existing drawings

  • Develop designs from concept to construction through RIBA stage 0-4

  • Work closely with Architects to prepare and deliver client pitches

  • Visit sites to monitor construction projects

  • Play a key role in helping to improve business efficiency using the latest technology

  • Work with the directors to carry out research and implement new strategies

  • Assist in the creation of marketing content including social media posts

  • Strong Revit skills and an interest in technology

  • A very strong graduate portfolio, ideally containing a housing focused scheme

  • Confidence working within the adobe suite

  • A problem solver who is intellectually curious and willing to challenge
