Design
Every project we work on centres around our core design package. This provides elegant design layouts, a clear pathway to get through planning and building regulations, and a straightforward project outline that keeps you in the loop at every stage. Our core design package ensures high-quality spatial design at a competitive and transparent price.

Manage
An add-on service to ensure stress-free management of external actors such as consultants, contractors and local authorities, as well as the complex information received from these diverse groups. We make sure that everything is considered during the project's various phases, from the planning application, through to the appointment of the contractors. Leveraging our trusted network of collaborators, we will help ensure the project is delivered on time and correctly.
3.
Specify
For an elevated finish, we can develop interior design specifications to complete the look of your space. A collaborative process between Studio Manifest and our clients, this service determines materials palettes, fixtures, decoration and finishes to create a refined design throughout the building. We can provide this service even if we have not managed the administration.
Build
To ensure the correct execution of the designs we carefully craft with our clients, it’s important we provide some oversight of the build. For this supervisory service, we can adjust to your needs, project and budget. Whether we visit the site once or twice a month or are engaged on a more complex build that requires us to visit once a week, we’ll be there to answer contractor questions and help them bring your vision to life.

OUR APPROACH
We create a custom Manifesto for every residential architecture project. This is a creative tool used to collaborate with our clients, in order to tap into and define the story of the project.
Sustainability is built into everything we do; as well as always prioritising natural, local and low-energy materials, we work to Passivhaus standards and are constantly innovating through our own research and ongoing collaborations with the University of Suffolk.
