THE OLD GUESTHOUSE

This scheme will see the transformation of two run-down guest houses into 11 high-quality apartments, providing much-needed homes with shared green spaces and off-street parking.

As a studio primarily focused on private residential projects, this continues our expansion into larger-scale commercial schemes. Working closely with North Somerset Council, the planning department, and the Environmental Agency, we ensured the design met all requirements while contributing positively to the area’s regeneration.

We are looking forward to seeing this project come to life in the near future.
