We Are Proud to Be a London Living Wage Employer

We are delighted to announce that we are now an accredited London Living Wage employer. This means that every member of our team receives at least £13.85 per hour - the only wage rate independently calculated to reflect the real cost of living in the capital.

The real Living Wage is different from the government’s National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage, as it is voluntarily paid by over 14,000 UK businesses who believe a fair day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. It is based on the actual cost of essentials like rent, food, and bills, ensuring that workers and their families don’t just get by but can thrive.

As architects, we believe in building better futures - not just in our projects, but within our workplace too. By committing to the London Living Wage, we are investing in our people, valuing their contributions, and ensuring they are fairly compensated for their skills and dedication.

We join a growing movement of responsible businesses, from small firms to FTSE 100 companies, committed to creating a more sustainable and fairer economy. We encourage other businesses in our industry to do the same - because when workers are paid fairly, businesses, communities, and the economy all benefit.
